- If you are unable to log in, there is a problem with your FEIDE user account and you must contact IT Support at USN (Links to an external page).

- However, a temporary teacher who may give as little as one lecture will have an hourly contract, meaning that the teacher is employed by USN for a limited period.
- This means that the temporary teacher can be given an IT account for this period and will therefore have access to Canvas, like a USN employee.

- In the case of external examiners who are not on an hourly contract, the course teacher may open the course (Settings > Visibility > Public) and send the course URL to the examiner, who will then be able to view the teaching material in the Canvas space.
- The course teacher must close the course (Visibility > Course) by agreement when the examiner has seen enough.
- Click on “Courses” in the Global Menu (on the left) and at the bottom of the list click on: “All courses”.
- If necessary, scroll down and select “Prior enrolments”.

- Yes, as a teacher you can view details of students in previous courses, as well as their submitted assignments.
- Go to the course, click on “Grades”
- In the column "Student name", hover over the grey box with the title and click on the dot menu in the grey (three dots)
- Select to show “Concluded enrolments”.
- You can now click on any result, then click on the arrow to get information about previous submissions
- From there, you can also access Speedgrader and find the submission itself
- Or you can hover over and find the dot menu in the task you want to check, and acces Speedgrader from there
- Contact the Canvas administrator through the “Help” button at the bottom of the Global Menu.
- Contact the Student Adviser of the course if you wish to leave a course.
