You may have used up all the storage space in your profile.
- Click on “Account” in the Global Menu and select “Files”. Here you will see if the storage space has been used up.
If so, do this:
- Check whether there are photos you don’t need in the “My files” folder, that you can delete to make space for a profile image.
- The “Unfiled” folder contains files that are not associated with submissions. You can delete these without affecting your submissions in Canvas.
