Those wishing to use Polls during online teaching can activate the function beforehand in their Zoom profiles.
- Open a browser and type in: https://usn.zoom.us/profile/setting.
- Under "In Meeting (Basic)", find "Polling" and switch on the function
- You will now find "Polls" in the Zoom toolbar:

- Log in to Zoom via https://usn.zoom.us
- Click on "Reports", followed by "Meeting":
- Select "Poll Report" as "Report Type" under "Meeting Report", select search dates and click on "Search". Find the meeting in question and select "Generate":
- Wait for the process to complete:
- Download the file:
- The file is in .csv format and can be opened in Microsoft Excel.
