Host can click on "Mute All". In this case, the Host may also decide whether participants may unmute/mute themselves:
If the Host decides NOT to allow participants to unmute themselves, a participant wishing to do so will see the following message:
If the Host changes his/her mind, the right of all participants to unmute themselves can be restored by clicking on "Unmute All" at the bottom of the list of participants:
The Host may mute a participant by holding the mouse cursor over the person's name and clicking on the "Mute" button:
The right may be restored by clicking on the "Unmute" button:

The Host can switch off a participant's web camera by holding the mouse cursor over that person's name and clicking on "More", followed by "Stop Video":
Participants will be notified when the Host switches off their cameras:
If they attempt to switch on themselves, the following message will appear:

To find the link, click on "Zoom" in the Course Menu, followed by "Upcoming Meetings". Click on the Topic of this meeting. The link is displayed before "Invite Attendees". .

- Click on "Participants" in the toolbar.
- Click on "Invite" (grey button at the bottom of the list of participants).
- You may now invite people from your own institute directly or click on "Copy Invite Link" at the bottom left to share it with others.
- Open the list of participants
- Hold the cursor over the name of the unwanted participant and click on "More"
- Select "Remove"
- All students and staff at USN are liecensed for up to 300 participants in a Zoom meeting.
- It is possible to get the license for larger meetings: Up to 500 participants ad up to 1000 (Zoom webinar).
