Unauthorized

Solutions to Unauthorized messages on Zoom in Canvas:
 

Error 2216

You must  activate your licence (link in Norwegian) and open Canvas again.

Error 401

Your browser is unable to open the webpage. There are a number of possible solutions:

  1. Change your browser – preferably to a standard browser such as Microsoft Edge (Windows) or Safari (Mac) and try again.
  2. Fix your existing browser:
    1. Close all open browsers.
    2. Clear your computer’s DNS cache* 
    3. If you use Firefox ➤ Open Firefox Reset add-ons and settings
    4. If you use Chrome ➤ Open Chrome and retest, if the issue persists perform a clear cache and cookies procedure.​​​​​

**How do you clear your computer’s DNS cache?

  1. Windows: Open "command prompt" ➤ Type in "ipconfig/flushdns" og trykk "enter".
